Insurance We Accept
BioHealth Pain Management is contracted with most major medical plans, medical groups, and government programs. Coverage varies by plan and by procedure, so our team confirms your benefits before your appointment. If you do not see your plan listed, call 424-360-0066 and we will check for you.
This list is not exhaustive and is subject to change. Being contracted with a plan does not guarantee coverage of a specific service.
Workers' Compensation
We treat work-related injuries and accept workers' compensation cases. Bring your claim number, adjuster contact, and any authorization from your employer or carrier so we can coordinate care and reporting.
Personal Injury
We see patients injured in motor vehicle and other accidents, including cases handled on a lien basis. Bring your claim information and attorney contact, and we will work directly with them on records and billing.
